Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vitamin C powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup over low heat.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add the vitamin C powder and water, stirring until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes
