Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vitamin C powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup over low heat.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add the vitamin C powder and water, stirring until well combined.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
- These gummies can be made with other citrus juices like grapefruit or lime for a different flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
