Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, grated carrots, diced bell peppers, cooked quinoa, shredded cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and spoon the mixture into each cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
