- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, sliced banana, coconut milk, and collagen powder.
- Add honey and spinach if using, and blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes to achieve desired consistency and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute collagen powder with a plant-based protein powder.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- This smoothie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but is best enjoyed fresh.
