Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chili paste and ground cumin, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the baked beans and mix well, allowing to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
