A delicious and healthy Summer Berry Parfait Bar made with layers of fresh berries, yogurt, and granola, perfect for a refreshing snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!

- Feel free to use any combination of berries you prefer.
- For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt.
