- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cotija cheese.
- Add the lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro.
