Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with sugar and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine whipped cream and vanilla extract.
- In jars, layer the ingredients starting with pound cake, followed by strawberries, and then whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until the jars are filled.
- Top with additional strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
