- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the shrimp.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice before serving.
