- 1 cup of lime sherbet
- 2 cups of lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup of tonic water
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine the lime sherbet and pineapple juice.
- Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda and tonic water.
- If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to enhance the color.
- Stir gently to mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the glow in the dark effect!
Notes
- For the best glow effect, use tonic water as it contains quinine which fluoresces under UV light.
- Chill all ingredients before mixing for a refreshing punch.
- Can be made in advance, just add the soda right before serving to keep it fizzy.
