Instructions
- Place the smoked brisket in the slow cooker.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the brisket is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the brisket with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the shredded brisket on the tortillas.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
