- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to create the special sauce.
- Add the cooked beef to the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Drizzle the special sauce over the salad and toss again.
- Top with shredded cheese if desired and serve immediately.

- For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce to the special sauce.
