Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced roasted poblanos and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream cheese until melted.
- Add the shredded cheese and milk, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the diced tomatoes and cilantro, and season with salt and pepper.
