Description
Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican drink made with coconut milk, rum, and spices, perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and white rum.
- Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt to the blender.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice levels if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve chilled, shaking well before pouring into glasses.
Notes
- Coquito can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
- Garnish with additional cinnamon or coconut flakes if desired.
