- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, melted butter, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly among them.
- Top each pack with lemon slices.
- Seal the foil packs tightly and place them on the grill.
- Grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Carefully open the foil packs, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Make sure to adjust cooking time based on the size of the shrimp and potatoes.
