- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- These meatballs can be frozen before or after baking.
- Adjust the BBQ sauce to your taste preference.
