Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the Brussels sprouts and olive oil. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
  4. Add the cooked bacon, pecans, and cranberries to the skillet. Stir to combine.
