A delicious and festive poke cake perfect for celebrating patriotic holidays.

- 1 box of white cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of strawberry Jell-O
- 1 cup of blue raspberry Jell-O
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
- Fresh blueberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the cake mix instructions.
- Prepare the white cake mix as directed on the box, adding eggs and water.
- Bake the cake in a 9×13 inch pan until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the top with a fork.
- Mix the strawberry Jell-O with 1 cup of boiling water until dissolved, then pour over the cake.
- Repeat with the blue raspberry Jell-O, pouring it over the cake as well.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped topping and garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries before serving.
Notes
- For best results, let the cake chill overnight.
- Feel free to use other flavors of Jell-O for different occasions.
- This cake is perfect for Fourth of July or Memorial Day celebrations.
