  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  3. Top the chips with black beans, corn, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and jalapeños.
