A delicious and easy-to-make dessert featuring layers of graham crackers and a creamy peanut butter filling, topped with chocolate.

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add milk and vanilla pudding mix, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in whipped topping gently.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure to refrigerate the cake for the recommended time to allow the layers to set properly.
- This cake can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
