Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the vanilla ice cream in the cookie crust.
- Top with chopped peanut butter cups.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
