- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced peaches with lemon juice and set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
- Carefully fold in the diced peaches.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
