- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with a little melted butter if desired.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners.
- Fill each liner with the cheesecake mixture, smoothing the top.
- Top with chopped strawberries and blueberries for decoration.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, refrigerate overnight.
- Feel free to use other fruits for decoration.
