- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Once the fries are done, serve them hot with the special sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut fries in water for 30 minutes before baking.
