Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Layer the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust and smooth it out.
  5. Add a layer of chocolate ice cream on top of the vanilla layer.
  6. Spread whipped cream over the chocolate ice cream layer.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
  8. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Remove from the freezer, slice, and serve.
