A delicious and indulgent Oreo Ice Cream Cake perfect for birthday celebrations.

- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Layer the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust and smooth it out.
- Add a layer of chocolate ice cream on top of the vanilla layer.
- Spread whipped cream over the chocolate ice cream layer.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove from the freezer, slice, and serve.
Notes
- For a more intense Oreo flavor, add crushed Oreos to the ice cream layers.
- Let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing for easier serving.
- Decorate with additional whipped cream and Oreo pieces if desired.
