- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch to create the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add the diced chicken.
- Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat.
- Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the orange chicken over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
