Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
