Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and surround it with mixed vegetables.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
