- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint of your favorite ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
- Take one brownie square, add a scoop of ice cream on top, and then place another brownie square on top to create a sandwich.
- Repeat with remaining brownies and ice cream.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
- These sandwiches can be frozen for later enjoyment.
