Ingredients

- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 2 cups of fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or peaches)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
- Top with fresh fruit of your choice.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the fruit based on seasonal availability.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
