Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make no-bake lemon lasagna dessert that layers creamy lemon filling with graham crackers and whipped topping.

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of lemon pudding mix
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lemon pudding mix with milk until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and lemon zest to the pudding mixture and stir well.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the lemon pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
- Spread the remaining lemon pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
- Top with whipped topping and smooth it out.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, increase the amount of lemon juice and zest.
- Can be garnished with additional lemon zest or slices before serving.
- Make sure to refrigerate for the recommended time for best results.
