Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make no-bake lemon lasagna dessert that layers creamy lemon filling with graham crackers and whipped topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of lemon pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lemon pudding mix with milk until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice and lemon zest to the pudding mixture and stir well.
  3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the lemon pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
  6. Spread the remaining lemon pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  7. Top with whipped topping and smooth it out.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
