- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.

- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.
