Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup collagen powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- Fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), collagen powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted coconut oil until well mixed.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom to form a crust.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and top with fresh berries if desired.
