- 1 cup chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup strawberry ice cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Soften the chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice creams at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Spread the chocolate ice cream evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until firm.
- Repeat the process with the vanilla and strawberry ice creams, layering them on top of each other.
- Once all layers are frozen, carefully roll the ice cream layers into a log shape.
- Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Remove the ice cream roll from the freezer and frost it with the whipped cream mixture.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and garnish with sliced strawberries.
- Slice and serve immediately or return to the freezer until ready to serve.

- Make sure to work quickly when handling the ice cream to prevent melting.
- You can customize the flavors by using different ice creams.
- For a more decorative touch, add sprinkles or nuts on top of the whipped cream.
