  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Soften the chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice creams at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  2. Spread the chocolate ice cream evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until firm.
  3. Repeat the process with the vanilla and strawberry ice creams, layering them on top of each other.
  4. Once all layers are frozen, carefully roll the ice cream layers into a log shape.
  5. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  7. Remove the ice cream roll from the freezer and frost it with the whipped cream mixture.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and garnish with sliced strawberries.
