Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the miso glaze over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  7. Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls with rice, broccoli, and sliced avocado.
  8. Top with the baked salmon and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a dash of sriracha to the glaze.
