Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mint-flavored cookie crumbs with the peppermint extract.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate until well combined.
- Dip the top of each ice cream cone into the chocolate mixture, then roll in the cookie crumbs.
- Sprinkle with additional cookie crumbs or sprinkles if desired.
- Place the cones in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
