Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and butter until crumbly. Add cold water and mix until dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles to fit mini muffin tins.
- Press the dough into the muffin tins and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese and vegetables to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked crusts.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
