Ingredients

- 1 package of mini hot dogs (about 24)
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Mustard or ketchup (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a mini hot dog at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the hot dog before rolling.
- Place the rolled hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolled hot dogs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with mustard or ketchup.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, consider using jalapeño cheese or spicy mustard.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
