- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well. Remove from heat.
- On each tortilla, layer a small amount of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla inwards to create a wrap.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra salsa or sour cream on the side.
