Description

Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake mini cheesecake bites that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  5. Fill each crust with the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with fruit or chocolate if desired.
