Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina, warm water, and salt to form a dough.

- Place cheese and optional meat in the center of each disc and fold over to create a half-moon shape.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry each quesadilla until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
