Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- In another bowl, combine the matzo meal, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the matzo meal mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken cutlets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the cutlets to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
