- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sausage and cook until the eggs are set.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the sausage and egg mixture on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sausage and egg mixture.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
