Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sausage and cook until the eggs are set.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  6. Layer the sausage and egg mixture on the bottom halves of the buns.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sausage and egg mixture.
  8. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
