Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the bell peppers until soft, then add the cooked sausage or bacon.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are fully set.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese.
