Description

Crispy and cheesy Mac and Cheese Bites made in an air fryer for a delightful snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
