Description

Loaded Deviled Eggs are a delicious twist on the classic recipe, packed with flavor and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. Garnish with additional bacon and green onions if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These can be made a day in advance for convenience.
