Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup guacamole (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the shredded cabbage with olive oil and taco seasoning until well coated.
  3. Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Top the chips with cooked ground beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and shredded cheese.
  5. Add the seasoned cabbage on top of the nachos.
