- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup guacamole (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss the shredded cabbage with olive oil and taco seasoning until well coated.
- Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Top the chips with cooked ground beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and shredded cheese.
- Add the seasoned cabbage on top of the nachos.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat and add more beans or vegetables.
