- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 cup pickled radish
- 1 cup steamed rice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Slice the beef into thin strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated beef for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
- Serve the grilled beef with banchan like kimchi and pickled radish, alongside steamed rice.
Notes
- Adjust the marinade ingredients to taste.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute beef with tofu or mushrooms.
- Make sure to let the beef rest for a few minutes before slicing.
