Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
