- 2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo sauce

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, chipotle in adobo, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear the beef over medium-high heat until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Let the beef rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, black beans, corn, sliced beef, avocado, salsa, and cheese.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
