Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 500ml vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate together with coconut oil in a double boiler.
- Once melted, let the chocolate cool slightly.
- Scoop the vanilla ice cream into molds and freeze until solid.
- Dip the frozen ice cream bars into the chocolate mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate hardens.
- Return the bars to the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
